Organize business documents

Coming SoonWindows

Keep the administrative pile in order—without a back office.

Sole proprietors, landlords, and small offices collect the same mix of receipts, invoices, statements, and other paperwork. 2cmd™ Ledger is Coming Soon: local Windows renaming and filing, with you in the loop.

A one-person office still has a document problem

The work is not bookkeeping. It is finding last March’s contractor invoice, the lease PDF, and the insurance bill without opening forty identically named downloads.

Accounting software wants transactions. Cloud DMS wants a team. A household PC full of PDFs needs something smaller: names and folders, applied only after a look.

How Ledger would help that mix of files

Point it at the working folder. Supported v1 classes are Receipt, Invoice, Bank Statement, and Other. Contracts are outside initial v1 intelligence scope.

Suggestions would be conservative. You would correct a vendor, keep an unsupported file in place, and apply a batch you have actually seen.

Intended for households, freelancers, landlords, sole proprietors, and small offices organizing their own paperwork—not a multi-client workspace.

Local processing

Client-adjacent files and personal finances often share a disk. Local-first processing is the point. v1 would not require uploading that mix to organize it.

Nothing changes until you approve it

Preview, edit, confirm. Collision safeguards. Undo the last completed transaction. No fabricated dates, amounts, vendors, or account digits.

What this is not

Ledger is not accounting software, expense reporting, payroll, or a client portal. No team workspaces, no generic custom folder taxonomies, and no accounting integrations in v1.
